Something very special is coming next week: I will present a new installation The Collection of Movement at Art Rotterdam in Ahoy together with Gallery Rademakers (Booth A8). I am very thankfull that Rademakers is taking this on with me, because of the high degree of experimentation.



The Collection of Movement brings together a series of kinetic objects, large and small. In this installation, I combine three ongoing aspects of my practice: sketching ideas, maintaining an archive of my work, and exploring materials and instruments. Together, they form a collection of movements across the wall.



For me, this is a special moment, as I have been working on this for quite some time, and I am very happy to see so many works come together and work as a whole, perhaps even spatial experience. An art fair is often not the place for such experiments, and I find it special to show this precisely there.
I also made a small publication about the installation including a text made for Mondriaan Fonds, about the 3 work-processes, and all the works. This booklet is included with every work sold.
