Johannes Langkamp created a kinetic experiment a day for a two-week, project-based exhibition. Using custom wind-up mechanisms, he explored movement, perception, and space, with the exhibition space acting as an open studio. Fourteen small sculptures evolved across the wall, from patterned paper to found objects—a spinning sponge, a café-toothpick “bitterbal,” or a rotating paint roller—each a fragment of his ongoing search for wonder.

Kinetic Experiments is now on display in La Petite Galerie in our showroom.
